Ephraim, co-owner of Paragon Tree Care, has spent his life immersed in the tree care industry. With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience gained while working full-time for his dad’s tree service, he developed a strong foundation in precision, safety, and
skill. In 2023, Ephraim stepped into ownership, bringing his commitment to quality and passion for arboriculture to every project. Certified in EHAP and CTSP, he upholds industry-leading standards for safety and best practices. A skilled climber, Ephraim enjoys
the challenges and rewards of expertly caring for trees. Outside of work, he values time with his wife and five kids, enjoys building projects, and keeps active through regular workouts. His dedication to family, fitness, and excellence defines both his personal
and professional life, making him the core strength of Paragon Tree Care.
Rebekah, co-owner and CEO of Paragon Tree Care, is the heart of the company, dedicated to people and their priorities. Her top focus is excellence in customer service and caring for her team. You’ll likely find her meeting with customers, coordinating projects, and ensuring every detail meets her commitment to quality. Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys quality time with her husband, Ephraim, and their five kids. She loves visiting the beach and exploring the wonders of the ocean.
Katerina, our office manager and accountant, is the “air traffic controller” of Paragon Tree Care, coordinating every detail with meticulous attention. You’ll most likely find her on the other end of the phone, providing warmth and care to each customer. When she’s not keeping us on track, she’s busy being super-mom to her two little ones and sharing life outside of work with her husband, Micah. Katerina loves fall weather, cozy fires, and savoring good food or a hot latte.
Micah, our operations manager and safety director, is versatile—you’ll find him in the office or on the job site, wherever he’s needed. He enjoys the variety each day brings and is skilled at spotting inefficiencies, making him the team’s go-to maintenance expert. His favorite part of the job is the team he works with, and eye protection is a close second. Outside of work, Micah enjoys quality time with his wife, Katerina, and their two kids. He has a passion for cars and car shows, and a refined taste in board games—ask him what Kickstarter game he’s currently waiting on!

Brad is the owner of Davis Family Arbor Services in Sapulpa. He is an ISA Certified Arborist and a Tree Risk Assessment Qualified professional. After a life-changing motorcycle accident in 2007, he discovered a passion for trees and preservation. Committed
to safety and innovation, Brad uses advanced tools for detailed tree assessments and founded Oklahoma’s first U.S. Department of Labor-registered arborist apprenticeship to mentor future professionals. Partnering with Paragon Tree Care, he strengthens the
industry through collaboration and shared learning. A devoted family man, Brad is building a lasting legacy to pass down to his son.
Evan can be found on the ground hauling brush or operating equipment, enjoying the systematic process of tree removal and the satisfaction of a job well done. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, hunting, and playing the piano.

Luis is most likely to be found up in a tree, enjoying the climb and hoping to spot an animal in need of rescue—his favorite kind of day. Outside of work, he keeps active with soccer, the gym, and rock climbing.
Ben thrives on the challenges of tree work and is most likely found hauling brush with determination and strength. A proud member of the Marine Corps, he stays in top shape with his favorite hobby: working out at the gym.
Dennis is most likely to be found operating the grapple truck. His skill and precision make quick work of removals, his favorite part of the job. Outside of work, he’s passionate about motorcycles and sports.
Logan is most likely to be found wherever he's needed—whether up in a tree or working on the ground. He loves the variety of views each day brings and takes pride in making trees look their best or removing hazards. Outside of work, he enjoys building things, eating, and feeling the wind in his hair riding his longboard or an ATV.
Eden is Paragon Tree Care’s beloved office dog, a teacup Yorkie with a big personality and a mind sharper than most. While she may be small, Eden takes her role seriously—whether she’s keeping a watchful eye on visitors with her discerning stare or lounging comfortably in her bed. Known for her intelligence and charm, Eden brings a touch of warmth and a lot of character to the office, making her everyone’s favorite tiny team member.
